Audit and ITR Date Extension

Important Update: Income Tax Filing Dates Extended

The Income Tax Department has given more time to file Tax Audit Reports and Income Tax Returns for the financial year 2024–25 (Assessment Year 2025–26).

1. Tax Audit Report (TAR):

Earlier, the last date was 30th September 2025.

It was first extended to 31st October 2025.

Now, it has been further extended to 10th November 2025.

2. Income Tax Return (ITR):

The last date to file ITR was 31st October 2025.

It has now been extended to 10th December 2025.
